Cancellation policy
If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charging you in full for the appointment. In the event of us needing to cancel an appointment, we will let you know as soon as possible and will refund in full or offer a replacement appointment as best suits you. Any refunds will be made within 7 days.
If you cancel a place at any event with less than 7 days notice or fail to attend, we reserve the right to charge you fully for this. Should we have to cancel an event, we aim to refund you fully within 7 days or offer an alternative event place.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to an event or to bring an appointment to an end if you are not in a fit state to attend or your behaviour is inappropriate. In both events, you will not be entitled to a refund. If payment has not been made, we reserve the right to charge you in full.

Please be aware that treatment legally requires the completion of a consent form which will be given to you in advance of the first appointment. Furthermore, we will also provide you with an information form ahead of this appointment in order to be able to best treat you. Any treatment is dependent on you providing clear and honest information to guide diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Without this, treatment may be ineffective and diagnosis inaccurate. We cannot accept any responsibility for failure to provide information and the consequences of this.
We may discuss your case anonymously with other health professionals in order to better support you or to further understanding for others. We take part in continual supervision groups.
Events
If you have booked to attend one of our events/ courses and cancel with less than 7 days notice, or fail to attend the event, we reserve the right to charge you in full for that appointment.
If we have to cancel an event or course you have booked, we will inform you of the fact as soon as is practicable and we will either provide a full refund or if you prefer and doing so is possible offer you a place at an alternative event.
We will refund your payment through stripe within 7 days of notice of cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any event which we run or lead, or to require you to leave that event immediately if we consider you are not in a fit state to participate or if we consider your behaviour is inappropriate. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances and if you have not yet paid, we reserve the right to charge you in full for that event.
It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any allergies or other health issues which may require us to make appropriate provision for you or which might impact the appropriateness of you attending or taking part in any event or course which we run or lead.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content of our services and products, including information and advice provided by us, are and will remain our property exclusively and are protected by copyright.
All rights to the name Willow Grace Murton and related applications are reserved.
Neither the name Willow Grace Murton, the name of any of our social media identities nor the website may be used in connection with or associated with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Liability
We require that you complete any registration form and inform us of any medical conditions including allergies that may impact your treatment or your use of any services/products provided.
Except where we are negligent, we accept no liability for any injury or damage sustained by your use of our services or products.
We do not accept any liability for any third party services or products which are utilised or purchased as a result of information obtained from us including through any link contained on our website or accessed through our social media accounts.
Website and content terms
We reserve the right to make any changes or updates to the website without prior notice, including the correction of any errors. Whilst we seek to avoid any inaccuracies and keep information up to date, we accept no liability on either the website, social media platforms or any other outlet in the event of any errors.
Any information given on the website or via social media channels and newsletters does not replace medical and specialist advice and you should seek support/information from a qualified person if you are in need of further support.
Availability
We give no warranty as to the availability of the website, social media accounts or the supply of any other services or products and accept no liability for any temporary or permanent lack of availability.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website, social media accounts or your right or ability to receive any other service or to obtain products from us. We will inform you of the fact as soon as is practicable.
Downloads & media files
Any downloadable documents, files or media made available on the website or through our social media channels are provided to users at their own risk. While all precautions have been undertaken to ensure only genuine downloads are available you are advised to verify their authenticity using third party anti-virus software or similar applications. We accept no responsibility for third party downloads and downloads provided by external third-party websites.
Other terms
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in effect.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and products, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us.
Under no circumstances will we ever be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of our services or products, these terms and conditions, the subject matter of these terms and conditions, the termination of these terms and conditions or otherwise, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, business, markets, savings, income, profits, use, production, reputation or goodwill, anticipated or otherwise, or economic loss.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to access the website or using the services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. However, we will endeavour to inform you in advance of any change to the terms and conditions which we consider has a material impact on your use of the website or other services.
