In this Privacy Notice, “we” and “us” refers to Willow Murton and her employees. “You” and “your” refers to each person who provides their personal data to us, including for the purposes of obtaining advice or other services from us.
We hold and process personal data about you in order to provide health and related advice and services. In doing so, we comply with relevant data protection legislation.
Data collection
As well as collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of providing health and related advice and services to you, we also do so for marketing and research purposes.
Most of the data we hold will be provided by you. This includes your contact details and other information you have provided in order for us to provide you with advice and services. Who else processes your data?
On occasions we may share your personal data with third parties selected by us for research purposes where we have a legitimate interest in carrying out that research.

This may include website builders and third parties involved in the provision of any of the services. These third parties include Squarespace and others which we may use to circulate newsletters and invitations.

You have the right to access your personal data and require that we rectify any errors in the data that we hold, or request that we erase your personal data. In some circumstances, you can also require that we restrict the way we process your personal data, object to its processing or request a copy of your personal data for the purposes of transmitting elsewhere.
